To return your order, it must meet the following conditions:

1. The product and packaging are intact.
2. The item shows no signs of damage from careless handling.
3. Hygiene-sensitive products have been cleaned before return.
4. The item is defective upon receipt.
5. Shipping costs may apply to returns.
6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged.

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at [email protected]with:
   • Your order number
   • Reason for the return
   • A photo of the product (if damaged)
   • Your full name and address
2. We’ll provide you with the return address.
   Please do not send returns to the sender address. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are used or damaged through no fault of our own.
